“No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the patch tears away from it, the new from the old, and a worse tear is made.

And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will burst the skins—and the wine is destroyed, and so are the skins. But new wine is for fresh wineskins.”

OUR NEW WEBSITE

With great joy we welcome you to our new website! We would like to thank you dearly for your ongoing support all these years and we hope that our new interactive look and our refreshingly improved navigation excites you just as well.

TRANSITIONAL TIMES

We may be traversing through a new period of times and feel like a fish out of water, and we may not be fully functioning as we used to due to COVID-19, but Helping Hands has been finding new ways to minister to refugees.

This past year, our Outreach team now visits various parks across the city each week, directing those in need to our centre where they have access to winter clothing, blankets and sleeping bags.

Have a look at out Calendar to learn more about all the programs and causes that are slowly starting to take shape again, or check out our causes page.
